Of easy visitors and tough love

This post is written in exhilaration and gloom. The number of visitors to this site, since July 04, when it was effectively born, rose to 10,000 today. And with this post, the reason of arrival for 85% of those visitors – “Bulla ki jaana” lyrics; and their translation to English; will no longer be visible on the homepage of the blog. Soon, google will index the site again, and google search results for “Bulla ki Jaana lyrics” will no longer show this site’s homepage in the search results; and the site will return to normalcy, with two digit per day visitor figures and the like.

Anyways, I read this quote in TOI’s editorial today. Appealed, so its here -

PS: If you're thinking that writing "Bulla ki jana" too many times in this post is a cheap tactic to get google to show this page in its results for "Bula ki jaana lyrics", then you're absolutely wrong. I'd never stoop to such levels just to get visitors to my site from the search results of "Bulla ki jaana lyrics"
